Hi! I have a question for you :)

If you could spend a day with any person from the Bible, who would it be and why?

Well, Katrín, the religious correct answer is Jesus, of course! But if we are talking about human beings like you and me, I would like to spend a day with Paul. I do want to hear about his mission travel experiences and I want to know where and how it all ended. Tradition tells us that Paul died as a martyr, and I don't want to have all the bloody details - but I do have some questions about the final episode of his life! I would also like to know about that thorn in his side and I would like to talk with him about WOMEN (and the strange / difficult things he writes about them...) So, that's my honest answer today. Maybe tomorrow I will change my mind! I would like to meet Moses (tell me about that walk right through the sea!), have a chat with Job and Salomon (about philosophical issues), have an interview with Joseph and Daniel (about staying faithful under pressure), sing along with my friend David and make some more poetry with him (Psalm 151, 152, 153 etc Hallelujah!). Does that answer your question? :-)

PS I don't like fishing, otherwise I would have opted for a day at sea with Peter and the other guys!
A night with femme fatale Delilah sounds very tempting too - but this is not an option I guess. An other practical problem is that my own wife will not like this and I would also like to avoid a confrontation with our big friend Samson (and I don't want to wake up with a bold head like that poor guy). Btw Delilah means: "[One who] weakened or uprooted or impoverished" - that's the kind of girls men should avoid at all costs.

yes, thank you :) I was just curious, because I've thought about that sometimes myself... whom I would like to spend a day with. And like you I think Paul is at the top of my list at least if I could only pick one ;)
